Samba Tour - Free

The Department of Human Geography of UERJ (State University of Rio de Janeiro) organizes a tour called "Echoes of Culture in New Town and the Eleven Square of Bambas of the samba", which shows places that refer to the carnival and the history of the city. The tour is in the morning during the week and begin from the Estacio station and goes through Avenida Darci Ribeiro, Santana's Church, Terreirao do Samba and many other historical points. Free.

Il Dipartimento di Geografia Umana della UERJ (Università Statale di Rio de Janeiro), organizza un tour chiamato "Echi della cultura nella Città Nuova e nella piazza Undici dei Bambas della samba", in cui mostra i luoghi che fanno riferimento al carnevale e la storia della città. Il tour inizia la mattina, durante la settimana e parte dalla stazione Estacio e passa per la strada Darci Ribeiro, la chiesa di Santana, il Terreirao do Samba e molti altri punti storici. Libera.

Cidade do Samba

La città della samba occupa una area di 114.000 metri quadri, nella zona del porto. La scelta della localizazione è perchè li una volta era il mercato degli schiavi provenienti del Africa e dove è nato il samba. Oltre un'attrazione turistica, la città è un nucleo di produzione di arte brasiliana.

Passarela do Samba
